MADISON, Ill. — After fathers finish lighting up the barbecue and pretending enthusiasm for another draw this Father’s Day, they can tune into FOX 2 to see IndyCar racers ignite their engines for the ninth edition of the Bommarito Automotive Group 500.
FOX Sports and IndyCar have shifted the race from August to June and transformed the day race into an evening one for better viewership.
Josef Newgarden, who has won the Indianapolis 500 twice, aims for his sixth victory in the Bommarito Automotive 500 on the .784-mile oval at World Wide Technology Raceway in Madison, Illinois. This event marks the first nighttime race held at this venue since 2019 and will be aired during prime time on network TV for the first time.
The 2025 Bommarito Automotive Group 500 is scheduled to be broadcasted on FOX 2 at 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 15.
